She does her best to accommodate her customers' needs, as well as the well-being of her four legged customers. Michel has gained a reputation by means of word of mouth. Other pet owners will say: "Oh your dog looks so nice", and the happy customer replies,"I go to Michel, she does a great job." The referred customer calls Michel for an appointment and passes on the praises and how highly recommended she is. That makes it all worth while.
Pricing has been another tough management decision for Michel. Any business owner has to know the costs of goods and the time it takes to provide professional services to meet expenses and make a living. "I try to educate my customers to bring their pets in for grooming regularly. It is much easier on the pet and I can give them a base cost. It is when the pets come in all matted that it takes so much time to groom without stressing the animal."
I am flexible in my hours, for instance if someone is heading to Kamloops and wants to drop their pet off I will keep them for the day. If I am not booked I will groom the pet right away so the customer can be on their way.
"I like to encourage my customers to let me know if they are happy or not. If a customer is not happy with the job, I offer to redo the grooming free. "I love my work because I love dogs so much. I find it funny how much patience I have with them even when they are a little snappy or a bit nasty. I have groomed cats and horses as well. Grooming helps to maintain a happy and healthy pet."

Locally owned consignment store for children and plus size clothing! Marina specializes in sizes newborn to eight. Looking for the perfect summer dress? How does six dollars sound for a brand new design by French Toast? Looking to buy a little dress for the next birthday party? Hoe does eight dollars sound? These are brand new with the tags still on them! Great bargains!
I have a play area for the children. I am also bringing in local artisans crafts for children that can be purchased as great gifts.
I carry shoes and books as well. I am not selling children's furniture as the liability issues are to risky. I am more than willing to accommodate all my customer's needs. If I don't have it I will try to get it here in a couple of days if possible. I am very picky about the quality and selection I bring into the shop.
